TERMS OF SERVICE

PROVE IT lets you verify real achievements — such as social platform milestones and wallet ownership — and display them as badges on a digital Passport. Verified achievements can unlock ACCESS Rooms and verified direct messaging with other members.

You need an account to verify achievements. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Verification requires you to authorize PROVE IT through the official systems of the relevant platform (for example TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Twitch) or to sign a message with a wallet you control. You may only connect accounts and wallets that belong to you. Attempting to verify achievements you do not own, or manipulating metrics to obtain a badge, is a breach of these terms.

Verification reflects data available at the time of the check. Badges represent a milestone that was reached, not a guarantee of current numbers.

Your Passport is private until you choose to publish it. When you publish, your display name, handle, avatar and earned badges become publicly viewable. You keep ownership of what you post; you grant PROVE IT a licence to host and display it in order to operate the service.

ACCESS Rooms are limited to members who meet the stated eligibility rules. Direct messaging is available only between members who share at least one Room. Harassment, spam, scams, solicitation and abusive behaviour are not allowed. Members can block and report; we may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, scrape it at scale, impersonate others, use it for illegal activity, or bypass verification and eligibility controls.

PROVE IT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Twitch or any blockchain network. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and changes to their APIs may affect verification.

The service is under active development; features may change or be discontinued. You can stop using PROVE IT and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

PROVE IT is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROVE IT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party platform outages, data inaccuracies, or your own account or wallet security.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
